Welcome to the Greenwood Lake Union Free School District

We are dedicated to the success of our students in a compassionate, safe and motivating learning environment.

Greenwood Lake Union Free School District is comprised of two buildings:  

• Elementary School (K-3), located at 80 Waterstone Road, Greenwood Lake, NY
• Middle School (4-8), located at 1247 Lakes Road, Monroe, NY

Our 9-12 students can choose from two different high schools:  

• Warwick Valley High School
• Chester Academy.

Parents should begin the registration process by calling to make an appointment with Theresa Finn 

You are welcome to download the required forms (see below) or stop in to see the registrar, located in the Middle School, to obtain a registration packet in advance to minimize your appointment time.

The school district is required by New York State Education law to verify the prospective student's eligibility for enrollment based on residency within the districts'  boundaries.
