Physical Education

Physical education plays a crucial role in promoting the overall health and well-being of students. It involves a structured curriculum of physical activities, exercises, and games designed to improve physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork. Students engage in a wide range of activities, including sports, dance, and fitness exercises, fostering healthy habits from a young age. Physical education also emphasizes the importance of sportsmanship, fair play, and respect for one's own body and others. It provides an opportunity for students to develop lifelong fitness skills and a deeper understanding of the significance of a healthy lifestyle, setting the foundation for a lifetime of physical, social, and emotional well-being.
