Registration Requirements

Required documents - You will not be able to register without the following:

• Proof of district residency (2 forms of proof must be presented)
  • School tax bill or property tax bill or mortgage agreement or lease agreement (families with notarized letters from landlords must make an appointment with the Superintendent of Schools to register)  

PLUS

• A utility bill or cable bill with your home address on it (NOT A PO BOX)
• Immunization Records
• Birth certificate with raised seal or passport
• Child's current IEP (if applicable)
